Deep Blue Lysis Buffer (Blue) is designed to be used with our Zyppy-96 Plasmid Miniprep and Zyppy-96 Plasmid Magbead Miniprep kits, which use a pellet-free modified alkaline lysis method to isolate ultra-pure plasmid DNA from E. coli.
